If the sizing error is on our part, we’ll replace your product free of charge. If the incorrect size is due to the measurements you provided, you can still request an exchange, but a $25 shipping fee will apply. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

To keep your item in good condition, wool items should be dry-cleaned, while cotton or polyester options can be hand-washed gently. Store your product in a cool, dry place, and brush wool fabric to remove dust. Use a pressing cloth if ironing and keep the heat low to protect the pleats.
Refunds are only provided if your product is defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, let us know within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After 5 days, refunds are not available, but replacements may still be requested. No refund or replacement is possible after 30 days.
